the location is awesome. it is in the heart of everything. the rooms are very nice. the service was efficient. salma at the travel desk helped us book our tours (she was super helpful). mayra from the reception and travel desk offered superb service.
the gym is in a separate building, requiring a walk across the parking lot, and the skybridge is for staff only.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices (especially the omelets). the selection included both local and international options. i really liked starting my days with fresh juices and pastries.

the pool area is a great spot to relax. the hotel provides a convenient shuttle to kite beach, an added bonus. i appreciated the accessibility to the financial centre station for easy travel around the city.

The travel desk helped me book tours, especially a yacht tour in the marina. Salma was helpful. She translated everything into my language. She explained the location patiently. I liked the hotel's cleanliness and how good it smelled when i walked in.
The food options were somewhat limited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I think more variety would enhance the dining experience.

There are several on-site restaurants, including Long's Bar in the basement. It is convenient when returning after a long day, because you do not need to leave the hotel to find food. Breakfast offered a good selection, with eggs, fruit, pastries, and cereals.

The hotel's location is central (a major plus for exploring). The metro station is a short walk away, allowing quick access to attractions. Taxis are readily available 24/7, offering alternate transport options. It is approximately 15 minutes from the airport, traffic depending.

underwhelming stay
limited drinksterrible service
the all-inclusive option was kind of a joke. i mean, they only let you have one drink with your meal, seriously? and trying to get a simple cup of coffee at the downstairs bar meant i had to open my wallet again. the service at the pub was so bad, i just walked out and no one seemed to care. it all seemed like a cheap grab for extra cash.
